Ads are ranked chronologically in a category, by the time/date they were entered. The earliest entry gets ranked #1. All advertisers pay the same. Your ad's rank remains locked in as long as you advertise continuously.

You ad's rank will rise when ads above it drop out.

Your price per click may rise.

Money Back Guarantee for Advertisers

You can request a refund any time before your ad receives 200 clicks from signed-in users, shown on your dashboard

After 200 signed-in users have clicked on your ad, there are no refunds.

If you request a refund, your business will not be able to post an ad again.

Spam Is Penalized

An advertiser that places an irrelevant — spam — ad under a category will be assessed a $100 penalty, per irrelevant ad, charged to the advertiser's credit card on file. If the card is invalid, you will owe a debt of $100 per irrelevant ad. Further, your account will be closed. By advertising on this website, you agree to these penalties, which are essential to keeping the Paybuyer directory relevant to buyers and advertisers.

Paybuyer reserves the right to delete any ad that, in Paybuyer's sole judgement, is misleading or promotes a low quality service.

You Agree Not to Sue Paybuyer LLC and Any Related Persons

Paybuyer provides its service on this web site as is, with no warranties or guarantees. The service is in a testing phase and will have defects. As a user, you realize that this service may not perform as intended and that the rules of payment may change at any time. You agree to assume all the risk for using this site and will not seek compensation or damages from Paybuyer or related companies or related persons for any failure of this web site. Moreover, you agree that Paybuyer management has sole discretion to determine whether a prize for attention is paid or not.
