You Agree Not to Sue Paybuyer LLC and Any Related Persons

Paybuyer provides its service on this website as is, with no warranties or guarantees. The service is in a test phase and will have defects. As a user, you understand that this service may not perform as intended. You agree to assume all the risk for using this site and will not seek compensation or damages from Paybuyer or related companies or related persons for any failure of this website or its services. You agree that Paybuyer management has sole discretion to determine whether a prize for attention is paid or not.

Your Ad's Rank Stays

Ads are ranked chronologically in a category, from earliest to latest, by the time/date they were entered. The earliest entry gets ranked #1.

Your ad's rank remains locked in as long as you advertise continuously.

You ad's rank will rise when ads above it drop out.

All ads cost the same. An ad's rank cannot be changed with an additional payment.

The cost per ad will change, however, at some points in time.

Spam Is Penalized

Ads here are so cheap you'll be tempted to spam the directory.

Don't do it!

An advertiser that places an irrelevant — spam — ad under a category will be assessed a $100 penalty per irrelevant ad.

An advertiser may only place one ad in a given category.

An advertiser may place an ad in multiple categories, e.g., "Plumber" and "Electrician".

But, multiple ads in a single category by a single advertiser, using different business names (aliases), for essentially the same business, are spam. For example, say a window washing business uses 6 different names, all registered LLC's. If these names are essentially for the same business, each ad beyond the first ad is spam. An advertiser that places multiple ads in a single category will be assessed a $100 penalty for each ad over one.

The $100 penalty will be charged to the advertiser's credit card on file. If the card is invalid, the advertiser will owe a debt of $100 per irrelevant or duplicate ad.

Further, the advertiser's account will be closed.

By advertising on this website, you agree to these penalties, which are essential to keeping the Paybuyer directory useful to buyers.

Paybuyer reserves the right to delete any ad that, in Paybuyer's sole judgement, is misleading or contributes to damaging the quality of Paybuyer's advertising service.
